Starter (No Measure)

For 10 minutes every minute, on the minute perform the following:

3-6 strict pull-ups

1-5 strict ring-dips
Scaling options:

pull-ups –> ring-rows

ring-dips –> push-ups

Split Jerk (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Beginner Option

Split jerk 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1 reps
