    First long run of the year, overall I felt really good but I could definitely feel yesterday’s squat cleans towards the end. Looking forward to a sore groin and hip flexors tomorrow.

    44:02 ring rows and knee push ups. So much shoulder action had to break those up so many times… each round took almost two minutes more than the one b4!
