    Feeling a bit stiff from yesterday’s squats and ring hspu, so I switched up my week.

    Tomorrow’s workout:
    18:40 Rx, spicy… the worst part was the row

    Worked up to 98# in the warmup then dropped for the wod:

    Then did 3 RFT of yesterday’s wod
    400m run
    25 kbs @ 16kg
    35 sit-ups
    – 13:48 Rx’d
