    I caught the last one in the bottom but had nothing left, couldn’t stand it up.

    WOD: 7:58 rx’d

    Dubs were pretty bad today. I got to 50 just fine, then it went downhill. My shoulders burn out way too fast. Bar MU were better than the other day, strung together the first 2, then just did singles. Looking back, it was a miracle I strung together so many during the open.

    I have officially hit rock bottom. My single unders have disappeared similar to my double unders.
    Anyway, subbed 3 pullups+3 ring rows for 1 bar MU.
    Used band for both.
    But weight Rx! Yay for me!
