    Ring rows because my shoulder hurts when I press anything 🙁
    On the bright side, had the legs to cruise through the box jumps

    One very ugly but only slightly bloody box jump fail Rx

    back was lit yday, hip flexors are fire today.

    straddles are a weak link for sure, something else to work on.
