    3+10 (85 lb) and 10lb wallball and still had a lot of do overs because I’d miss the grey mark

    *90.5 PUs (180 squats) my forearms were smoked so I tapped out.

    A few no reps on the wall balls and tired legs kept me honest for the metcon.
