25 abmat sit-ups
25 deadlifts

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

For the deadlifts, men use two 32kg kettlebells, ladies use two 24kg kettlebells.

    Fair people of the ‘Trop:
    I am wondering if anybody would be interested in an outdoorsy getaway to New Hampshire later this fall. Long weekend, rustic, swim in the lake, hike a mountain, build a campfire, ignore the iphone, wholesome face to face conversation type shit, in the great outdoors. And of course WODs.

    Let me know what ya think. Hope all is well in the urban jungle.
