Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Snatch, 115/75
6 Push-ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles to Comments.

    Progressed a bit further with handstands. Able to pull away from the wall for a few seconds at a time.

    Handstand practice: I was able to walk for 3 mats a few times. Definite progress, getting back to my diving days.

    Handstands getting more comfortable on the wall. Did about 3 inches of negatives. Did about 3 seconds of legs and butt off the wall. Happy handstand month.
