    19:11. Rx ish Calf was wonky on the run so subbed a 500m row in the last round. Worth being able to walk normal tomorrow 🤷‍♀️

    Decided to skip my second visit with The Chief and go to (apparently) my home away from home: CF North Mesquite (where again they greeted me by name and home city – crazy!)

    2 min AMRAP x 4 rounds. Rest 2 mins in between rounds
    10 DB snatch 55#
    10 box jump overs
    30 double under a

    1+13/1+1/1+3/1+1. It was more than 100 degrees in there.
