9 push press, 2 x 50/35lb
12 deadlifts, 155/105-lb
15 box jumps, 24/20-in. box

    Got to Atlanta and had nothing to do so I figured I would check out the nearest box…and of course they are doing essentially the same thing I just did this morning!

    Got to Atlanta and had nothing to do so I figured I would check out the nearest box…and of course they are doing essentially the same thing I just did this morning!

    CROSSFIT MARIETTA – CROSSFIT

    Open gym drop in at crossfit northwest bellevue

    Not feeling well and probably should have stayed home… but…
    5 mins C2B: 13 + about 5 no reps. These are the one thing that are worse for me compared to last year, not sure what to do…

    8 min EMOM 3 front squats @140- was going to do BW @150, but these felt so heavy I checked my plates every minute to check if I counted wrong. Ugh.

    Trop WOD: sometime during the third round, I punched myself in the face with the stupid 35# DB and sat on the box then tried to keep going then stopped and laid on the ground for a little bit (maybe around 1 min?) then watched Chad keep moving so I got up and finished.
    Score: 6+3 Rx. I hate those dumbbells.

    WOD: 5+2 rx’d
    DB’s unbroken but had to reset a lot, wasn’t able to cycle through as fast as I hoped. Deads felt ok, no back issues. BJ’s were slow.
