    165/175/190/200/215(6) – stinks because i couldnt drop bar

    metcon was more difficult. Subbed pp at 95 3 rounds.

    Then, 2k row, with 60lb step ups at 500

    Definitely a fun one…
    23:15 RX+ last set of jerks was painful. Got off the rower around 17:40. Probably should have just done single c&j’s – cycling 185 jerks was rough.

    20:37 scaled to 85-95-105. Each set randomly broken into 3s.

    Could’ve been heavier but lot of rust in these shoulders. My 2017 goal is to do a dislocate
