    Quick overview for the EWOD/Yankees game social on Sunday September 11th:
    Who: Anyone and everyone
    What: EWOD followed by the Yankees game
    Where: Joseph Yancey Track/Yankee Stadium
    When: Leaving from 96th and Lexington at 10:30, you can meet us at the track at 11:00, starting to warm up by 11:15, the game starts at 1:05.

    More details will follow with an actual event invite on the main facebook page but I wanted to get an official invite out now because if we can get at least 15 people going to the game we can start to discuss discounted group tickets. If not, no worries, the Yankees are terrible this year and we can buy tickets that day. All friends and family are invited to both the run and the game. If there are people that want to do Oly and the EWOD we can push the times back by a few minutes. The official workout will be posted that weekend but expect some short sprints and then a relay/partner WOD.

      I wouldn’t say terrible…. They are still in the wild card hunt, and they have a better record than the mets.

    MU’s were the limiting factor this morning. I banged out 3 in a row to start, then failed a bunch of times throughout the wod. Everything else was quick and painless.

    I skipped the cash out bc my shoulders were killing me from the MU’s.

    10:27 RX weight but did C2B’s instead of MUs.
    Did 5 L-sits on the rig then 5 kipping T2Bs.
    One day I’ll understand strict T2Bs….

    It was a 15 min EMOM and had a lot of misses
    16.2 in 4min 25 T2B/50 Dubs/15 Squat Cleans 135 and then repeat with 13 reps at 185
    170 Reps total, same as the first time which was good but sucky at the same time

    and best of all Dinner was Delicious I was starving that entire workout LOL!!!
