    Matt told me to get mats out for dropping after I increased the weight after my first rep… not enough time in the minute to do that AND lift, so he psyched me out. I never mentally recovered, so I blame my later failed reps on Matt. 2010 Ed snatches 205.

    Metcon: 5+4 Rx… these workouts are too easy.

    AMRAP: 2 + 22 (I call it Rx, it was step-ups and step-downs)
    Best part about the 6 am class is that it is over at 7 am, and you still have the entire morning to wake-up.
