    Snatch: 125# (they were very hit or miss this morning, so stayed at that weight). Not my best snatch work.

    Feeling yesterdays front squats and MU’s…. It’s a good feeling, but def feeling them.

    Snatch was actually 155 on last rep. I forgot there were 2 2.5 plates on each side.

    11:23 @ 105 which I guess isn’t rx.

    Spent most of the time trying to adjust my form. Need to fix the issue of squatting out too far and also pulling the bar back too far and dropping it behind me.
