2) 12 minute AMRAP of:
5 Front Squats, 185
10 Chest to Bar pullups
20 Double Unders

    Great to be back, 2 weeks off hurt a bit, so did the feta, beer, and baklava but I’ll work it off quick.

    strong out of the gate (2 rounds in 2 minutes) but tank emptied quickly after the second round.
    6 rounds: 155lb. rest as rxed.

    1) Made it thru 15 reps of: 75 / 95 & 105 lbs

    2) 5 rounds + 5 front squats and 10 pu’s

    95 lbs and sub’d jumping pull ups for regular pull ups after 2 rounds

    3 rounds plus front squats and 5 pullups. Scaled after first round (pullups with band) and DUs to burpees.
