      No matter what you believe, if you are doing the open on Saturday, then do this today at 80% intensity. If the interwebs are correct, it’ll be a very helpful practice run.

    11:17Rx, compared to 10:23Rx last time, 9% worse.
    Attempted 80% intensity level, so I’ll take it.
    Broke up the thrusters 10-9-8/8-7-6/8-7/9. Probably would do 17/10 for the first set if I went 100%.

    Prediction for 16.3:
    Either yesterday’s wod (minus the hill sprints), or climb the ladder in 10 minutes: 2 muscle ups, 5 power snatch 105/65, 4 muscle-ups, 10 power snatch, 6 muscle-ups, 15 power snatch, 8/20, and so on…

    Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds @95#:
    5 hang power snatches
    5 over head squats

    The weights and barbell were lubed up with WD-50 so that made for a nice forearm workout as well.

    Skipped the 27 and did 21-15-9 6:25
    Legs starting to feel normal again

    Surprisingly didn’t die this time. Really focused on breathing and remembering to breathe.
