3-Position Pause Snatch

1 Snatch from the floor, then

1 Low Hang Snatch with 2-3 second pause at the Low Hang, then

1 High Hang Snatch with 2-3 second pause at the High Hang.
3 @ 60% of snatch

3 @ 65%

2 @ 70%

2 @ 75%

Strength

Snatch Grip Press (5-5-5-5-5)

Lower the bar back onto your back rack slowly… treating it as a negative each time.
