    WOD: Burpee/Hang Cleans/Burpees/ Ring Row 13:16 all a big blur … Just needed food … (but huh apparently those weren’t hanging cleans more like muscle cleans)

    I really need to be upload like in the Matrix with all these movements
    The 10-second chin up / pull up thing was fun

    Good (2 hour) mobility seminar – definitely some useful movements that I will incorporate as much as possible
