    120-125-125-125 -115 getting the feel of making contact at hip with BAR at heavier weight. Katie had awesome CUES for me.

    [partnered with Johanna and using 1# plates! make note and keep using. Also, 102 was close both times. definitely a weight I have. attempt it earlier next time.]

    [easy getting under the clean, work on speed standing up the FS]

    Had trouble with 145 (15lbs away from my PR)

    only positive was I did the Thrusters unbroken. Everything else was lumbering and painful
