    Here’s the rundown for tomorrow’s EWOD at the Joseph Yancy track which is adjacent to Yankee Stadium.

    You have the option to either leave with the group at 10:30 from 96th and Lexington OR meet at the track at 11am. We’ll start warming up by 11:15.

    A few of us are going to the Yankees game after the workout, any and all are welcome to join for that. Bring water and fresh shirt probably wouldn’t be a bad idea either.
