Chirag Shah, also known as Chi, is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a graduate from Michigan State University. Since moving to NYC in 2007 he has completed two half-marathons, a 2-mile swim, and four century-mile bike rides. During this time, Chi also battled with significant weight swings. After multiple attempts with CrossFit in 2014, he finally decided to dedicate himself to CrossFit in 2016. Since he began this lifelong journey of fitness transformation, he has lost nearly 40 lbs! His favorite exercises are the deadlifts and pull-ups. Outside of the gym, Chirag is currently working on pursuing the commercialization of a seriously delicious, plantain snack.
