CrossFit OpenΒ Workout 17.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans

Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb. dumbbells

Post rounds/reps completed to comments and/or register and submit your score as part of the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games Open.

    After Week 1 of the Open, the A Team is in the lead with 41 points over Team KettleBears with 37 points. The difference last week was spirit points! The A Team earned 5 points with more athletes competing during Saturday morning classes. Who will win this week?? Who’s going to get their first bar muscle up or their first pullup? See you all this morning!

    Then couldn’t get it in the workout. 17.2: 78 Rx tiebreak 5:08

    might try it again… but that was hard.

    127 Scaled , 7:10 I think for tiebreak – Got stuck on my last pull up for 90 seconds womp. Was too eager to try to fly through the cleans and lunges after.

    16 Knee raises in those straps
    8 bicep curls into shoulder press with 25 lbs dumbbells

    2 rounds
    50 deadlift
    16 strict pull ups
    8 bicep curls into shoulder press

    Finished in the third round with 25 deadlifts, those got heavy
