    14:14 Rx – 90 seconds faster than 2014.

    I heart burpees but I needed to dig to get through the thursters. I don’t care what anyone says, the bar-facing variety are much easier than regular burpees. If EEC gets cold feet I’m going to marry burpees.

    I remember doing this two years ago and judging J-Yu and she went to that dark place. I’m happy this one is over as well but my Judge in Boynton Beach messed up and missed counted so I may do this one again on Monday. I know this sounds crazy, but I’m a little cra.

    2:29 improvement from 2 years ago (20:49). Thrusters were better and burpees were worse. Was hoping for around 16 min but oh well! Happy to have 3 Opens under my belt and improving every year.
    Looking forward to regular programming and strength cycle in the near future!
