CrossFit Open Workout 17.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts
55 wall-ball shots
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups

Men deadlift 225 lb. and throw 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
Women deadlift 155 lb. and throw 14-lb. ball to 9-ft. target

Post rounds/reps completed to comments and/or submit your score as part of the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games Open.

    149 scaled. Those wall balls always kill me 😤
    Forgot to blog yesterday – 190 scaled, banded pull-ups and single unders. My jump rope is on the way! 🙌🏻

    110 Rx that was the worst. Deadlift endurance is non existent.

    Hangover did not help. Breakfast might’ve helped.

    Can’t find my score from last year but I seem to remember getting 23 cals so that would come out to a 22 rep improvement.

    Woulda loved to get a hspu but oh well. Deads went faster. I think the wallballs went slower

    Overall gotta be happy with progress. Thanks jlee for judging

    Worked up to 205

    10 rounds alternating with partner
    7 unbroken hang clean 135
    7 toes to bar

      85# for metcon (hang cleans unbroken) – very fun!
      t2b were better but not unbroken

    Did this Friday. 165 RX’d and 11:19 off the rower.

    Last year I got off the rower at 11:01 and got a few non regulation hspu. This time I got off the rower and my legs were shot. Couldn’t even get my legs to work for the kip. Womp womp.

    deads at 83#
    subbed 23# thrusters for wall balls
    push ups while laying on the littlest box (not strong enough for knee push ups yet)
    This was the first open WOD this year that was possible for me to do without having to completely change the movements so I call this a success!!
