10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

    70 reps rx’d (5 rounds + 5 reps).

    Considering I’ve never done more than 1 at a time before last night, I’m pretty happy with this. If my hands recover and soreness goes away, I may try this again Monday night.

    10 Rx then spent 6+ mins trying to get my first bar MU. Felt the closest ever, but don’t know how close that actually is… May have to try again tomorrow…
