Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
5 Deadlift, 275/183
13 Push-ups
9 Box jumps, 24″/20″

    14 rounds @ 225# (stopped at 29 minutes because I was done with deads).

    Deads slow, push ups and BJ’s were fast.

    12 burpee box jumps
    12 pull-ups
    20 air squats
    2 wall walks
    400 meter run
    5 tire flips 75 # tire

    40 min time cap. Only got 4 rounds + 12 burps and 12 pull-ups. It’s hotter than hell out here. No breakfast and only two cups of coffee before workout.

    Two cool warmups
    “Roxanne” by Sting. Every time you hear Roxanne , do a burpee
    “Bring Sally UP/ Down” by Moby. When you hear Bring Sally Up, stand. When you hear “Bring Sally down”, air squat
