Perhaps you’d like to try the following in open gym:
4 rounds of 4 minutes each:
3 squat snatches, 135/95
9 burpees over the bar
Rest one minute between rounds.
After the first round, begin each new round where you left off.
Start thinking about your goals for 2017, and for the 2017 CrossFit Open.
