    35 lbs overhead
    1st 2 rounds w/1 abmat
    3rd round w/2 abmats

    I had my first visit to CrossFit Central London today. It’s no Metropolis, but I’m going to have to make it work…(sigh). They already have a social chair, so i’m screwed!

    1. Deadlift 5 reps each at 80%, 85%, and 90% of your 1 rep max:

    45kg, 50kg, 55kg (need to work on my metrics conversion)

    2. 4 rounds for time, with a 2min break between rounds. 1 round = 3 sets each of, 3 power cleans, 15 air squats, 8 GHD sit ups

    22:18 with 25kg power cleans
