    Weather Forecast this week:

    Tuesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 62. Slight chance of hill sprints.
    Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 69. Hill sprints likely.
    Thursday: A chance of showers after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 69, and a low of hill sprints.
    Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 59. Light west wind turning into hill sprints in the morning.

    Conditioning: 2+17 Rx. Unbroken first set of OHS, 15 and 10 second set. Box jumps were very tough after the squats. I set up the rings just out of reach. If these come up in the open (and I expect they will, maybe not this year) the standard could be anywhere, but probably six inches above reach. It could be six inches above your height and you could jump into it, which would be fun, and great for people who can’t do true muscle ups.     Strength: 135-145-155-165-175(But took a few steps to stabilize #3. That’s a no-rep.) Next time start at 150 and jump by 5.
