WOD

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
30 wallballs
10 strict burpee pullups
5 strict handstand pushups

Perform hspu to a deficit if possible. Post rounds + reps to Comments.

    6am spin class. Hands are still banged up, needed another day before using them for any barbell / pull up work.

    Broad Jump: 81.5″ (I think based off of memory, Matt pls correct me if I’m wrong).

    Wod: 2 full rounds, then 15 wallballs. mostly RX (except there were probably a good 10-15 wallballs that probably landed in between the two marks and would have been a “no-rep”)

    16.3 take 2: 10 reps Rx, ~3 min rest, 16.3 take 3: 10 reps Rx. oh well. i have the rips and bruises to show that i tried my hardest. thanks jyu and jcash for all the support!
