    I think I was cheating on the clean Squats…more clean and then squat.

    completed 8 sets @

    Dead Lifts @ 165 Lbs
    Bench @ 115 lbs
    Clean Squat @ 85 lbs

    Bench was quite easy, next time – up by 30 lbs at least.

    Body weight 178 lbs this morning.

    Finished the round of 5 at the 30 minute cap.

    Bench press: 180#
    Clean: 135#
    Dead Lift: 225#

    So I did this 100% rx’d (except for the DL’s)

    Last time I did this 2 years ago (175/135/185 – 28 minutes)

    27:25 or 25:27? Weighed in at 175#

    Heavily modified, strict press @75 because I couldn’t lay on the bench and 115# cleans and 175# DL.

    When I’m under 170# and healthy I’ll try this Rx.

  4. well, my attempt at doing this at 75% RX, failed.
    Weigh in at 172.

    DL @ 112.5%BW: 197#
    Bench @ 75%BW: 125 (f) dropped to 95# after singles in first round and crashing on myself waiting for Matt to rescue me but he never came, so Owen helped me out.
    Clean @ 56.25%BW: 97#

    At the time cap I completed all but the last clean of the round of 4’s.

    5+11 @75%RX-ish.

    95 -> 135 -> 185 weighing 190 – Could’ve done more on the bench pretty ez. Everything else, the weight isn’t the problem at this point.

    Think I spotted some imbalances in my form because only one of my shins is bloody

    Note to self, don’t try to Rx any one movement pick a % and do that across the board. Oh well, last time I did this I couldn’t do the cleans so I did FS. I call that an improvement 😀
