    I did the OHS with a close grip. Could barely hold the bar at a snatch grip due to my wrist.
    Tried to do 380 but erred on the side of caution. My back was feeling tight so just called it a day

    OHS numbers were decent and felt good, FS & BS #’s way down but expected that.

    Front and back squats definitely could’ve pushed more but OHS needs to catch up
    Most weight on all 3 lifts since starting tho. Mobility’s gotten a lot better so strength is coming back.
