    BS 5 RM 65-85-105-125-135 PR? The last two sets got kind of wobbly for the last couple of reps.
    Also did 1 RM Push Press 95, 100 was so close! Made it half way up. Have been stuck at 95 for a while.
    Metcon: 4 rounds with two 26 lb KBs. Prob went slightly over 8 mins as my timer on my phone was on silent. 😳

    BS 5 RM 65-85-105-125-135 PR? The last two sets got kind of wobbly for the last couple of reps.
    Also did 1 RM Push Press 95, 100 was so close! Made it half way up. Have been stuck at 95 for a while.
    Metcon: 4 rounds with two 26 lb KBs. Prob went slightly over 8 mins as my timer on my phone was on silent. 😳

    Definitely feeling yesterday in my legs on the squats. The dumbells were lunging me on occasion during the metcon. Would have been a good wod to scale bacn

    First time lifting a barbell in a few weeks! Definitely lost some strength and cardio but it felt great to participate.

  15. Grrr, worst training day ever. My quads were on fire. Could have been that workout I did at 3pm. Although, that was mostly shoulders and backeep, but with a 30lb weight vest! Idk. Annoying.

    BS 125 max which is what I normally do for 4 rounds of 10. Probably should have tried to go heavier, but was trying to get depth right (deeper than my regular training).
