5 Rounds for Max Reps of:
Bodyweight Bench Press
Pull-ups
* When it says max set, let’s go for a max set

* Go until you can’t on each movement before resting three minutes between sets

* The goal is to still make it look pretty and uphold the standards

*Although bodyweight is prescribed, we want to choose weights of variations that athletes could complete 12-15 reps when fresh

*this is a superset, rest after both movements
