22 6-inch Deficit Handstand Push-Ups

22 Burpees Over the Bar

1 Hill Sprint

22 Push Jerks

1 Hill Sprint

Run together, split up the other movements however. A 20-lb wallball must be held by either partner for the entire workout

    I did 85#, started with deficit HSPUs, then ended with HSPUs to 1 abmat.
    we did 50 BJO instead of hill sprints due to rain.
    best parenthood partner ever.
