    1. (i) 3 x 20 sec handstands; (ii) 12 box jumps = 3.1 rounds

    2. (i) 50′ lunge w/ 45lbs; (ii) 14 release push ups = 4 rounds

    1.) 7 rounds on the big boy rings (I might have to disagree on the “small guy” comment)

    1) completed 6 plus 1MU on the “big boy rings” (BBR aka blondes, brunettes, and redheads). ripped off most of my skin on my wrist in the process.
