    No comments, yet. But I think I can speak for everyone who has attended so far, and say that getting back on the rower after 75 GHD sit-ups is delightful.

    I’ll be the first (second) Matty.

    Sleepwalked my way into 6am. Attempted some back bend stuff but realized my lower back was super tight from Mon/Wed. of this week.

    Wod 13:36 with 25 GHD sit-ups (aforementioned lower back) & 50 abmat sit-ups
    – first few pulls on the rower after the abs are rough but then it’s all legs

    My coworker sent me this after I told him I went to 6am….I agree, although easier said than done.
