30 Abmat Sit-Ups
20 Push Press, 95/65
10 Pull-Ups

    Hot yoga sesh that kicked my ass yesterday followed by too much tequila = rest day today = ready for tomorrow’s backbreaker where having a few extra pounds might actually come in handy!

    17.4 at Crossfit Palm Beach. I hated this workout slightly less than last year, so, progress?

    87 reps. Which, while not great, is a 22 rep improvement over last year, weighing 7ish lbs less this year vs last. 55 reps at 1.25xBW is no joke.

    Finished my deadlifts 2+ minutes earlier and back doesn’t hurt (yet).
