    Alright kids, it’s that time of year again. For the 5th year in row I’m going to be running at Bear Mountain with Lead the Way Fund and I want to try and strap together at least two full relay teams and possibly a few solo runners as well. DT, Ada and Erin ran last year and it was a blast. The relay is 6.5 miles and you’re greeted by a glorious beer tent when you finish. It’s definitely a challenge but the course it beautiful and it beats dodging tourists in central park.

  4. First. This WOD looks awesome. Supposed to test my 2K tomorrow in the BK….I hope I get out of work early enough to play

    Second, that Bear Mountain Run was good fun last year and can only be made better with a bigger team. The course is interesting with ups and downs, nothing too vertical to worry about. The beer tent had free postcards last year, so you could write your Beau and tell him about the victory you just championed and the mailed it for free!
