    The amount of time I debated coming in was probably more time than spent on the rower, but glad it’s done and dusted! Great cheerleading, Matt!

    Power Cleans
    Push-Press
    Front Squats
    Burpees
    14:22

    Original WOD was 95/65 and I subbed PP and burps for thrusters and box jumps.

    B) 3 Rounds
    45 second hollow hold
    75 second plank
    60 second rest
    *This did not go well*

    C) Python training

    2000 – 11:00 (I feel dizzy, must be hungry?)
    1500 – 8:04 ( oh men! that does not feel good )
    1000 – 5:19 ( am I nauseous? come on !!!)
    500 – 2:42 ( all I know is that I am nauseous thank god its over)

    All rowers taken. Such a shame. Modified this for the ass bike – 8-6-4-2 minutes for calories with a 5 min rest between each.

    1.5K – 6:41 (i guess a PR, because i’ve never tested this?)
    1K – 4:17 PR
    500m – 1:58 PR

    ok, maybe i avoid rowing, but that’s why i came today, even though it’s been a long and tough week and i just wanted to crawl into bed. listened to all of Matt’s advice, and i pushed through the pain. i even closed my eyes on the last 500m. then i almost puked. but i didn’t. the end.
