    Lame hotel gym with no barbells. Did 5’s with 50 lbs dumbbells…it’s all they had

    Also modified WOD due to no place to do box jumps.

    4 rounds
    Hang clean done with 30lbs dumbbells
    Air squats (20) because there was nothing to jump on.
