    My legs were still tender from Wednesday but it was nice to feel a little burn.

  3. Sorry to have missed the guys night out. Had a surprise bday dinner at the Flame NYC (Hibachi restaurant that just opened on the UWS).

    t2b are starting to come together, a lot depends on how well I can grip the bar, and todays humidity did not help

    About 7 mile bike ride around and thru Central Park on the citibike in 1000degree weather. Looking forward to more bike rides in less heat tho! (New citibike stations on 95th/3rd and 100th/3rd for anyone interested)

    Then popped in the gym for some snatches
    – high hang triples up to 78#
    – then full singles up to 98# with a couple fails at 103#..distracted
